Centering Prayer

All are welcome to gather for Centering Prayer every Thursday at 10 am in the Good Shepherd Room, in the San Damiano building. Centering Prayer, as developed by Fr. Thomas Keating, is a silent, contemplative practice that helps deepen our relationship with God through stillness and quiet. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be present.

After our time in silence, we’ll reflect together on readings from our new book, Welcoming Prayer: Consent on the Go. While the book adds to the experience, it’s not required to participate.

For questions, contact Beverley McClure at freshperspectivesllc@mac.com. We hope you’ll join us in this peaceful and enriching practice.
